Supervisor – Luxury Retail

DB Charles Recruitment are proud to be representing a prestigious luxury retailer based in Norwich looking to hire a new Supervisor. This retailer have a fantastic reputation and each customer is made to feel incredibly special whether making a purchase or simply popping in for a browse.

The role is a permanent position for a Supervisor to be based from their site in central Norwich and the person will be tasked with aiding in the effective smooth running of the store, helping the manager drive team performance and store turnover plus ensuring exceptional levels of customer service are adhered to.

Day to day duties and aspects of the role will include:

• Aiding the manager in the smooth running of the store
• Providing a level of customer service that exceeds expectations.
• Helping ensure the team are performing to the best of their ability and working towards sales targets
• Building and maintaining relationships with customers
• Maximising sales opportunities
• Aiding in staff development
• Daily walkthroughs to identify opportunities to increase sales
• Plus many more

To be considered for this position, the business are looking to see a number of the below aspects on CV’s:

• A strong retail background in a previous supervisory or senior sales position
• A preferable retail background working within a luxury or premium environment
• A consultative retail background. Experienced in 1-2-1 retail selling
• Someone sales driven however with the ability to combine this with outstanding service level skills
• KPI & target driven
• Ability to aid in delivering training and development
• Able to commit to a role in Norwich requiring weekend retail working (store is closed on Sundays)

For this position, the business can offer a salary of £29,000 to £30,000 per annum. with many additional benefits on offer.
