A rapidly growing business in Brighton are working closely with DB Charles Recruitment to hire a permanent Trainer to develop the growing Account Management department, that plays a pivotal role for the business and its wider reputation.

The business offer a range of very exciting digital marketing & email marketing products & services and over recent years, they are able to boast some amazing attributes such as internal staff & client growth, being award winners and holding a superb retention rate of staff, proving they are excellent at looking after and keeping employees happy.

As the Departmental Trainer, you will report directly into the Learning & Development Manager and you will be in charge of onboarding, training & developing the B2B Account Management personnel. In addition, the role will be crucial in aiding internal managers on how to work with / develop there teams & staff. The hired candidate should aid the business in keeping the businesses staff retention rate high and making it a happy place to join and to work.

Day to day duties for the role will include:

  • New starter onboarding
  • Delivering training via the SMART & GROW methodologies
  • Process improvement
  • Updating training material and the online training portals
  • Internal meetings
  • Face to face training
  • Video based / online training
  • Statistic analysis in terms of the impact of training on retention
  • Administration

For this role, the client is seeking CV’s with aspects of the following skill sets:

  • Ideally a previous career background as a Trainer within a B2B / Account Management environment
  • Strong Training / L&D background
  • Experienced in building & delivering training programmes
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to vary a communication style to adapt to others
  • Engaging
  • Relationship builder with a very approachable persona
  • Strong knowledge of modern training techniques and a previous experience demonstrating training via SMART / GROW methods
  • Ability to commit to a role based in Brighton, with home working flexibility available currently & in the future

The role will be working Monday to Friday with working hours of 9:00am to 6.00pm and the client is looking to offer a base salary of £30,000 to £35,000 per annum dependent on experience, plus other additional benefits on offer to note are:
