Systems Analyst

DB Charles Recruitment are working on a brilliant new opportunity with an exciting business based in Gainsborough for a permanent Systems / Support Analyst, to join an established team and work at a highly recognised company.

The business have a well known name and reputation throughout the UK & world for the sector they represent and the permanent role as Systems / Support Analyst will be to provide exceptional technical system support to individuals and areas of the business. The role will sit amongst 8 others and be reporting directing in to the Lead Systems Manager.

Day to day duties for the role will include:

• System testing and configuration
• Providing technical system support
• Analysis & diagnostic work
• Aiding in business improvements
• User testing & user functionality work
• Solutions creation
• Escalating issues that require it
• Production documentation & road mapping of issues

Candidates considered for this role will be required to have a number of the below skill-sets and experiences:

• A previous career background as a Systems or Support Analyst or work of a similar nature
• Preferably a degree focused towards IT or a relevant subject supporting the role such as Math’s, Computer Science etc.
• Experience and knowledge of SQL, databases or reporting software
• ERP / CRM system experience
• Excellent numerical skills
• Highly motivated
• Team player
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to commit to a full time office based role in Gainsborough
