Sales Coordinator – Telesales

DB Charles Recruitment have partnered with an incredibly successful business based in Wellingborough, with various sites throughout the UK, that are currently seeking to hire a permanent Telesales individual to join the business and contribute to a successful team and company.

The business are a well known global brand within manufacturing & distribution and are looking to attract a new candidate to begin working with the business as soon as possible.

The role as a Telesales Coordinator will report into the CRM Manager and be amongst 5 others in the team and the overall purpose of the role will be making outbound sales calls to the company customer list to discuss new & existing products, plus also providing a customer service and internal sales support service. The main duties and responsibilities will be:

• Outbound sales calls
• Discussing & selling products from a variety of ranges
• Gathering market information
• Information & lead gathering
• Demonstrating excellent customer service & technical advice from inbound calls
• Reporting
• CRM administration
• General administration
• Liaising with other internal teams

Ideally the client is looking for CV’s and to interview candidates with the following skill sets:

• A strong background within telesales or from a call centre / customer service background
• Comfortable making outbound sales calls
• Strong ability and experience working with MS Office systems and comfortable working with CRM systems
• Comfortable working in a targetted environment
• Strong desire to exceed
• Strong communication & customer service skills
• Happy to commit to a permanent role based in Wellingborough, that will be purely office based and the work environment is a COVID safe environment with all the necessary precautions put in place

The role will be working Monday to Friday with working hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm and the client is looking to offer a competitive salary and additional benefits such as:
