Based in Haslingden, Lancashire, DB Charles Recruitment are working with a brilliant business seeking to hire a new permanent Digital Reporting Administrator to join the team and continue contributing to the success and growth the business have experienced in recent years.

The business are very well established within electronic products and services and the new hire for a Digital Reporting Administrator will join the marketing & product team and they will report directly into the Head of Product Development and be joining a team of 7+. The main focus of the role will be to take care of the administration, reporting & data analysis for the digital services offered through the business.

The role will involve a number of day to day duties including but not limited to:

  • Aiding in managing new users
  • Aiding the customer service team ensuring they have all the relevant information to handle issues
  • Report creation
  • Report & data analysis
  • Power BI reporting
  • Database maintenance and regular clear ups
  • Data management in line with GDPR regulations
  • Providing, creating and inputting into the creation of new marketing & training material
  • Administration
  • Liaising with other internal teams

With the diversity and importance of this position to the business, they are seeking candidates with the following demonstrable experience:

  • A degree graduate within a technical, data or numbers related subject would be highly beneficial however not essential
  • A keen interest within data, reporting and analysis
  • An excellent eye for detail
  • Understanding and previous working with Power BI
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills in particular with Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Previous database skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to commit to permanent role based in Haslingden with hybrid working flexibility likely in the long term post lock-down & COVID times.

The role will be working Monday to Friday with working hours of either 8:30am to 5:00pm or 9:00am to 5:30pm and for this role the client is looking to offer a salary of £25,000 per annum plus additional benefits on offer such as:
